What our partners ask us most.
From product range to documentation, from the cold chain to payment terms — everything you may want to know about working with us on exports, on a single page. If you cannot find your answer here, our team is available 24/7.
01Which products does Fruitoria Global offer?
Our portfolio covers a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables: apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, cherries, strawberries, oranges, mandarins and other seasonal products. Alongside these, our catalogue also includes preserves, grocery products and edible oils.
Every item is selected on the basis of quality, freshness, flavour balance, nutritional value and storage performance. The range is updated regularly in line with the season and market demand.
02What is the minimum order quantity and how can I request a quotation?
The minimum order quantity varies according to the product, the season and the destination country. As a rule we work on the basis of a refrigerated container (reefer) or a full truck load; mixed consignments can also be arranged.
To receive a quotation, simply send us the following details:
- Product name, variety and the required calibre or quality class
- Estimated volume and supply frequency
- Destination port or city
- Preferred packaging and Incoterms rule
Once we receive your enquiry, we issue a formal commercial offer within one business day.
03Which countries do you export to and how long does delivery take?
Our export geography covers Europe, Africa, the CIS, the Gulf states, Asia, the Americas, Western countries and the Baltic region. For each region we apply a supply approach adapted to its specific requirements.
Delivery times depend on the route, the mode of transport and customs procedures. Shipments by road to the CIS and Gulf destinations usually take a few days, while sea freight to more distant markets requires longer. The exact schedule is confirmed individually for each order.
04How are freshness and quality preserved during transport?
All processes are managed on the principle of an unbroken cold chain, from harvest through to the final delivery point. Our vehicles are equipped with modern refrigeration systems, and the balance of temperature and humidity is maintained throughout the journey.
In our own warehouses and across our partner warehouse network, temperature and humidity levels are monitored continuously. Our quality control team, certified to international standards, inspects every consignment before loading — so the same standard is delivered with every shipment.
05What packaging and labelling options are available?
Packaging is chosen to suit the product and the requirements of the destination market: cardboard boxes, plastic crates, bags or perforated films, stabilised on pallets.
For long-term partners we offer bespoke packaging and private label solutions:
- Box and label design carrying the customer's logo
- Labelling in the language of the destination country
- Separate grading by weight, calibre and variety
- Pallet configuration optimised to the container capacity
06Which documents are provided for export?
Every shipment is accompanied by a complete set of documents in line with international trade standards:
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of origin
- Transport document (CMR, bill of lading or air waybill)
- Quality and conformity documents where required
If the destination country has additional requirements, the documentation is completed accordingly.
07What are your payment and delivery (Incoterms) terms?
Delivery terms follow the international Incoterms rules — we work on EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR and CIF terms. The most suitable option is agreed jointly, based on the route and the partner's logistics capabilities.
Payment terms are agreed on the basis of bank transfer or letter of credit (L/C). For a first collaboration a partial advance is usually applied; more flexible terms are available for long-term partners. All terms are set out transparently in the contract.
